Clutch aggregates car-lease offers that brokers and dealers post publicly, standardizes the numbers so they can be compared, scores them, and links you to the original posting. We are not a broker, a dealer, or a lender. We never take payment from you, we do not arrange financing, and we are not party to any deal you sign. Every price shown is the seller’s, and the seller’s terms govern.

Offers change constantly and can be withdrawn or misquoted at the source. Treat everything here as a starting point for a conversation with the seller, not a quote. Confirm the payment, the drive-off, the mileage allowance, the term, any fees, and the specific vehicle before committing to anything.

Vehicle photographs are manufacturer images of the model, not of the individual car in a listing. Colour, trim, wheels and equipment can differ from what you see.

No accounts, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. Clutch sets no analytics or marketing cookies of any kind. The only cookie the site can set is a login session for our own private admin console, which visitors never touch.

Location. To show deals available near you, we read the approximate region (state) that our CDN infers from your IP address. That is a server-side signal we use to order results and do not store. If you press “Near me”, your browser asks your permission first, and the coordinates are used in your browser only — to pick a state — and never sent to us. Typing a ZIP does the same thing locally.

Server logs. Our host records ordinary request logs (IP, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not build profiles from them or sell them.

Because we hold no accounts and no profiles, there is nothing personal to export or delete — but if you believe we hold data about you, write to us and we will look. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Listing links point to third-party sites — broker posts, dealer pages, forums. Their privacy practices are their own and this policy does not cover them.

Clutch is provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use. We work hard on accuracy and still cannot warrant that any figure is correct or current; the deal score is our own opinion, computed from the numbers a seller published, not financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on this site.

Please do not scrape, resell, or bulk-copy the listings, and do not use automated tools to hammer the site.

If you posted a deal we have listed and want it corrected or taken down, email us and we will action it — usually the same day. The same goes for any rights holder with a concern about an image or other material: tell us what to remove and where, and we will remove it while we look into it.
